A Colour and Line KAL

I keep mentioning a Colour and Line KAL – behind the scenes I have been planning the details!

I thought that a nice time to kick off the KAL is Boxing Day, 26th December, next week! You’re welcome to join in any time from then until the KAL end date, 10th March 2017 (2017!!) Don’t worry if you’re not ready to cast on by next week. I haven’t ordered my yarn yet, and personally I’m planning to kick off my involvement in the KAL by looking at yarn choices and colour options! (Perhaps there will be end of year yarn sales starting soon and/or Christmas money to spend!)

Any design from the Colour and Line collection is eligible for the KAL. The collection is still at the introductory price of £10 until the end of December 2016, so it’s a good time to snap up the entire collection if you haven’t done so already!

If you have already knit a design from the Colour and Line collection then you will be welcome to enter your project to win a prize, and of course to join in the fun and chatting that will be hosted in my Ravelry designer group.

Throughout the duration of the KAL there will be blog posts and guest posts with lots of love for yarn, art, design, geometry and colourwork!

And there will be prizes!

All participants that finish a project (and post a finished object photo in the KAL thread) are eligible for the prize draw on 10th March. You could win:

A skein of Fyberspates Scrumptious Lace in Gold AND a Novasteel Little Star Shawl pin!

Also up for grabs is any BomBella Knit Kit of your choice!

In addition, just for fun, we have a bonus prize. To be eligible to win this prize participants will have to post an additional photo of their Colour and Line finished object alongside any animal or countryside landscape.

The bonus prize is a digital download of Dovestone Smallholding!
